Biography:
Jamie is our founding Partner.

Jamie was admitted to the Fiji Bar in 2012 and commenced her legal practice with Munro Leys Lawyers in Suva until 2013. Prior to joining Munro Leys Lawyers as a Solicitor, Jamie was a legal attachee with Nands Law, Suva from 2010 t0 2012.

Mid 2013, following her passion towards education, Jamie joined the University of Fiji as an Assistant Lecturer, later promoted to Lecturer (2014) and held the post as Saweni Campus Law School Coordinator (Associate Dean) in 2016.

In 2015, Jamie was awarded the Angelo South Pacific Postgraduate Educational Scholarship in Law and completed her LLM from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. While in New Zealand, Jamie entered into an internship program as part of her LLM course and interned with the Wellington and Lower Hutt Community Law Centre

In 2017, Jamie founded and established Bancod-Chandra Lawyers in Ba, Fiji. Jamie leads the Conveyancing and Estates Team and co-leads our Commercial team. Jamie is also an accredited mediator under the Singapore Mediation Centre and Judicial Department of Fiji.
