Millbrook Hills Law Partners is a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm founded in Ba, Fiji, in January 2017 by Managing Partner Jamie Bancod. What began as a small practice with a single support staff has, in the years since, grown into one of Fiji’s most respected legal institutions — recognised for its client-centric approach, its commitment to professionalism, and its steady evolution to meet the changing needs of the communities it serves. Today, the firm operates from offices in Ba and Lautoka, supported by a team of highly skilled legal professionals.

All of our partners are admitted practitioners and members of the Fiji Law Society, reflecting our shared commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct and ongoing engagement with the wider legal community.
The firm is led by three partners, each bringing distinct expertise to the practice. Jamie Bancod, the firm’s founder and Managing Partner, heads the Conveyancing & Estate Division, guiding clients through property transactions, land matters, and estate planning with meticulous care. Vikrant Chandra, who joined the firm as a partner in mid-2017, leads the General Litigation & Commercial Division, drawing on more than a decade of experience in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation; beyond his work at the firm, he has also contributed to the wider community through free public legal education initiatives and his continued involvement with Fiji’s legal and sporting bodies. Mark J. Anthony heads the firm’s Criminal, Family & Employment Division, bringing dedicated advocacy to clients navigating some of the most sensitive and high-stakes matters in law.
