Shivani Singh

Shivani Singh is a Solicitor with Millbrook Hills Law Partners, having joined the firm in March 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice, and is admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Fiji.

Shivani is a member of the firm's General Litigation and Commercial Law Division, working under the leadership of Mr. Vikrant Chandra. In this capacity, she advises and represents both corporate and individual clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Her practice spans commercial litigation, contractual disputes, debt recovery, property and land matters, estate administration and general commercial advisory work. She regularly appears before the Magistrates' Courts and the High Court of Fiji, and is engaged at every stage of litigation, from legal research and drafting through to advocacy before the courts.

Outside of legal practice, Shivani enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines and spending time with family and friends. She considers a balanced lifestyle integral to both her personal wellbeing and professional performance.
